Juvet and Marie M'batchi Founders of the Ouéso Brand We are entrepreneurs with a passion for art, here to write the book that others will one day read.

Born on June 17, 2019. In a very short time Ouéso has conquered hearts with original posters. Illustrating the life, the daily life and the beauty of the Afro culture, from Africa to the West Indies the brand highlights this beautiful culture everywhere it is found. Ouéso wishes to promote African art. It is in this logic that the founder has chosen to collaborate mostly with photographers and graphic artists from the African continent (Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Congo ...)

Entrepreneur at heart and loving the challenge, it is in 2013 that Juvet MBatchi launched into entrepreneurship. First in the ready-to-wear with a clothing brand. In 2019 he had the innovative idea to create Ouéso which becomes, the first global brand of wall art offering posters with contemporary Afro themes.

The Ouéso adventure began with a simple observation:

The lack of diversity in traditional decoration sites. This observation made this young family business want to create Ouéso.

With Ouéso they have the ambition to sublimate African art through quality wall posters. 

Thus, several themes are represented on the site such as art, fashion, celebrities, quotes, landscapes and many other themes. Even if the universe of Ouéso is Afrocentric, Ouéso is for everyone, so that the Afro culture is sublimated in the eyes of all.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! When you log in, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address so that we can send you an email to recover it.

To change your personal information such as your billing address or mailing address: simply click on "Edit Addresses" in your personal area. You can then modify and/or add a new address.

Any personal information you provide to us to process your order or when creating your account will be used exclusively for the purposes of our business relationship. In no case, your information will be communicated, shared or sold to third parties.

In accordance with the French law on data processing and freedom of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

My Order

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been validated.

You will receive a confirmation when your order is prepared in our warehouse.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped. This email also includes a tracking code so you can follow your order.

If your order is still in preparation since more than 3 working days without any specific delay, we invite you to contact us via the address contact@oueso.com specifying the reference of the concerned order.

Logistical errors can unfortunately happen even if these cases are very rare. Having in heart to solve any error of sending as soon as possible, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible via the form of contact or by e-mail: contact@oueso.com

We shall proceed immediately to the sending of the article initially ordered. 

The product received is not suitable for you? You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item
that does not meet your expectations.

To do so, we invite you to connect to your customer account on oueso.com under the heading: my account / history and details of my orders / details / select the order concerned by the exchange or return and then formulate your request in the dedicated box. 

You can also formulate your request for return or exchange by specifying your order number by mail: contact@oueso.com 

Do not hesitate to specify your indications in case of exchange on another article.

To be accepted by our service the returned or exchanged product must be in perfect condition (no stains, folds or other damage). 

Orders for custom and/or personalized items are not refundable. 

Returns are exclusively at the customer's expense as specified in our general terms of service.

We know that you are looking forward to your Ouéso order, we always do our best to send you your parcels as quickly as possible. However, there may be a few hiccups, but don't worry, there is always an explanation!

No deliveries on weekends

If you place an order on the eve of a weekend or holiday, you will have to add these days to the estimated delivery time.


Exceptional events

Pandemics, strikes, weather conditions etc.. are all events that can have a direct impact on the delivery of your package.


Packaging delay

The packaging of your packages is provided by us. It may happen that the influx of orders is difficult to manage for the team especially during operations such as sales or other flash promotions. This can lead to a slight delay in the shipment of your package but don't worry our team does everything possible to ensure that it is sent as quickly as possible.

You were impatiently waiting for your parcel, you had reserved a nice place to put your new Ouéso articles in your living room, unfortunately they arrived damaged!

Don't panic, our teams are here to help you!

In case of damage of the articles it is necessary to immediately take photos of the damaged articles and to send them to our team by e-mail contact@oueso.com or via the contact form available on the site and we will proceed to an immediate forwarding of the damaged articles.

Delivery and returns

The delivery time is fixed between 3 and 8 days.

We collaborate with our delivery partners Colissimo, DPD, DHL, and TNT for the shipping of your order.

In the event that a package for which you have chosen home delivery cannot be delivered, if the letter carrier is unable to

to deliver your package, it will be sent to the nearest collection point.

The delivery is offered in Metropolitan France from 30 euros of purchase.

Outside this territory the customer will have to pay a delivery charge which includes packaging,

handling and postage costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price

or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order.

We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs

for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk,

Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

Products must be returned within 14 days with the original packaging,

Posters must be in perfect condition or they will not be validated.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to inform us of your wish

to return your order or any of the items in your order.

We invite you to log in to your customer account.

In the "Order History" tab, the list of your orders appears.

Then simply select the order where the product you want is located

return and click on "details". Then from this page you can send a message (bottom of page) 

select the products and formulate your return request.

We thank you for specifying your request in the fields of the form provided for this purpose 

Please attach a copy of your order to your product

so that we can identify your customer account.

Orders for custom and/or personalized items are not refundable.

 Upon receipt of your product our customer service will confirm receipt by notifying you by e-mail.

One of our operators will check the conformity of the product.

Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed. 

The refund will be made within 7 days, according to the original payment method used for the purchase.
